Is this the first dogman sighting of 2007?
Antrim County, Michigan - 2007
What follows is a remarkable report, which at this writing is potentially the first dogman sighting of 2007. The information comes from an anonymous source in Antrim County, in the northwest lower peninsula of Michigan.
The photographs that appear in this report are offered as genuine by the source. As always, Mindstage Productions takes no position on the authenticity of this evidence. We simply present it here for the experts to examine and render an opinion.
The source of these images owns a significant parcel of land, upon which he regularly hunts deer and small game. In early January, he decided to scout various potential hunting spots by placing a motion sensitive digital camera on a platform that could be mounted on a tree. Early attempts produced numerous photos of squirrels and even leaves blowing by the camera, so he elected to elevate the system. The motion sensor, mounted below the platform, was about 5 feet above the ground. The camera lens was about 6 feet off the ground.
He did capture several images of deer in the following days, but one day, he found the camera dangling from its cord, knocked from the platform. After downloading the camera's contents into him computer, he was shocked to discover the images that follow.

Image One: The Eye
The first image is an extreme closeup of a very human looking eye that appears to be surrounded by fur. The interesting thing about this image is the perspective. At first glance it appears to be a shot of the right side of the face (imagine the snout emerging to the lower right of the image). However, some viewers believe the image actually depicts the left side of the face with the head slightly tilted and the eye articulated to the far left (imagine the snout emerging at the top left of the image). Considered from this perspective, the dark line above the eye takes on the shape of an eyebrow. Keep in mind this eye had to be at least six feet above the ground when the image was taken.

Image Two: The Teeth
The second image appears to have been shot a split second after the first, and depicts what appears to be the right side of the face, perhaps just as the camera was knocked from its perch. Note the short profile of the snout, and the misshapen canine teeth. The creature appears to be either snarling or smiling.

Image Three: The Foot
The third and final image appears to have been shot as the camera dangled from its cable. It clearly shows the right paw of the creature, surrounded by a thick layer of light tan fur. The paw seems to be standing atop a deer leg that appears to have been skinned recently (note the clean cut of fur at the bone in the lower left of the image). The image source reports there were no bones, blood, or remains at the site where these images were taken.
